A little bit about me: mid-30s, female, non-smoker. I go to grad school part time and work full-time, so I like to keep things quiet and low-key during the work week. I have a Husky mix. The addition of either 1 cat or 1 dog would be fine- but these pets must be well-socialized.
A little bit about the place: Large living room, dining room, and kitchen, Study alcove off the living room, 3 season room/covered porch, Across the street from Douglas Park, Down the street from Lagunitas Brewery and Cinespace, Ten minute walk from the California Pink Line and a 5 minute walk to the 157 and 18 buses, Easy street parking without neighborhood permit on California, easy street parking on 15th Place with neighborhood permit, Rent includes heat, we would split cable and electricity.
Good news/bad news: The place is over 100 years old and it has many original features. On the positive side, these include beautiful woodwork, a cool sink, and a clawfoot tub (with shower). On the negative side, this means that the old plumbing cannot handle a dishwasher or washer/dryer. So this is not a great apartment for someone who hates doing dishes or isn't willing to bike or drive to wash their clothes.
