Description

The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a small swimming pool. It can accommodate 15 people (including children). The house is surrounded by lush greenery and only a few minutes walk from the beaches. We have a large open living-dining area and a kitchen equipped with the basic kitchen resources for food preparation during your stay. This space is not air conditioned. Our cozy pool is great for relaxation and there is ample space around the pool for soaking up the sun.

No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check in is anytime after 2PM Check out is 11AM - Guests are required to keep noise and music at a minimum level between 9:00PM to 8:00AM and during siesta time at 1:00PM to 3:00PM - No smoking inside the house, pool area, back or front yard. Smoking is only permitted at the carpark-driveway area or outside the front gate. - Please wear proper swimming attire. No cotton based clothing like t-shirts, denim shorts/pants, etc. Guests must shower before entering the swimming pool to keep the water as clean as possible. - When coming in from the beach, guests must make sure sand is rinsed off their bodies and clothing. Sand can clog and damage the pool's filter system. Diving or jumping into the pool is strictly prohibited. - No eating or drinking in the pool or around the pool area. Please limit the location of food and drinks at the elevated deck by the pool.
