Guest Cancellation Policies
  • 100% refund if booking cancelled prior to 7 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if booking cancelled less than 7 days until check-in.
  • No cancellation during stay.
  • 100% refund if booking cancelled prior to 14 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if booking cancelled less than 14 days until check-in.
  • No cancellation during stay.
  • 100% refund if booking cancelled prior to 30 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if booking cancelled less than 30 days until check-in.
  • No cancellation during stay.
  • Automatically applied to stays over one month, superseding other cancellation policies.

  • 100% refund of payment due on booking if booking cancelled prior to 30 days before check-in. Further monthly payments cancelled.
  • 50% refund of payment due on booking if booking cancelled less than 30 days until check-in. Further monthly payments cancelled.
  • Cancellation during stay requires one month notice to host. After which, further monthly payments are cancelled.
  • Host Cancellation
    A host that accepts and confirms a booking, but decides to cancel the booking prior to check-in, will be accessed a $50 cancellation fee. Housli will deduct any cancellation fees from the host's next payout. The guest will be 100% refunded their total booking amount, including cleaning fees (if any).
    Payment Protection
    If you are unable to access the accommodation within 24 hours of the check-in date, total booking amount, will be refunded. Notice must be given to Housli support within 24 hours of check-in date.
